At Kinsarvik Naturkost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is unworn and has all original tags attached.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
